However, by submitting a Solution or details of a potential Solver to a Challenge, you agree that your personal information may be shared with the Seeker. This may happen in case of reward payment. We may also use your personal details to communicate with you by email, fax or telephone, for record-keeping purposes, in order to run your account (if applicable), for technical administration of the website, for research and development, and for customer administration. We may occasionally request information from you as part of surveys and promotions. Your participation is entirely voluntary. We may also ask you whether you would like to receive emails and mailings from us about other services. You are under no obligation to receive such information.
