Our management team works closely together with the advisory board, partner organisations and independent professionals who share the same passion and contribute to ennovent's business success.

The team was founded by bringing together seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in finance, development and environment in numerous developing countries in Asia and Africa

Peter Scheuch

Peter Scheuch
Founder and Managing Director

Peter spent more than 10 years working as a full-time staff member and consultant for international development and environmental organizations such as CARE, IUCN, WWF and UNDP. He developed and implemented projects for natural resource management, economic development and environmental governance in Africa and Asia. Peter has educational background in industrial engineering, received a MBA in Environmental Management from the Vienna University, Austria and a MSc in Protected Landscape Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. Peter lives in Austria and Nepal.

Johannes Krahwinkler

Johannes Krahwinkler
Investment Director

Johannes has over 15 years of experience in the Investment Banking/Corporate Finance and Private Equity business. He was working with CA Investment Bank and the Erste Bank and was founder and managing partner of a successful private equity firm for more than 7 years. In his latest position, he was Head of International Finance at Esterházy Foundation. In his career he was in charge of more than 30 IPO´s and M&A Transactions. Johannes has specialized skills in due diligence audits, market and business analysis, strategic realignment of portfolio companies and operational value added management. He has been lecturing at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Institute for Corporate Finance. Johannes holds a degree in Business Administration from the Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria and is a certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Digbijoy Shukla

Digbijoy Shukla
Director - Impact Circle

Digbijoy has over eight years of experience spanning diverse high-growth entrepreneurial startups. He started his career in education marketing & went on to join the advertising/events industry. In 2005, he joined The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Delhi to further its mission in promoting & nurturing entrepreneurship. He subsequently joined techTribe (funded by Canaan Partners), where he served as director strategic relations. Post techTribe, he co-founded an online education start-up which is currently serving over 100K students. Digbijoy regularly contributes to entrepreneurial blogs and publications & plays the role of a supporting evangelist to the TiE Delhi-NCR chapter & other select start-ups. Digbijoy is a B.A. Hons Economics, P.G. Diploma in sales and Management and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon (Executive).

Saurabh Lahoti

Saurabh Lahoti
Investment Manager

Saurabh has over 7 years of experience in venture capital / private equity, corporate strategy, banking and financial services. Saurabh has earlier worked with a venture capital fund wherein he played crucial role in fund’s several investments in sectors including education, manufacturing and technology. Saurabh has also worked with Ashland Inc. (a Fortune 500 © company) wherein he was part of a small team developing significant growth strategies for Ashland’s venture in India. Saurabh is a B.Tech from Institute of Technology – Banaras Hindu University and a MBA from Ohio State University. Saurabh has also passed CFA© Level II.

Rohini Jog

Rohini Jog
Director – Services

Rohini has fifteen years of work experience that is divided equally between the corporate sector and the social development sector. After the experience as a VSO volunteer in Uganda where she helped turn around a livelihood project, Rohini decided to commit herself to social development work. After spending the initial eight years in corporate business development with a promotional marketing agency and helping it build up from scratch, and post her VSO stint, Rohini has been mainly working with social enterprises such as Maya Organic in Bangalore, Himjoli in Kumaon, Uttarakhand and Bombay HUB and Journeys for Change in Mumbai, mainly in the areas of business development, operations, marketing and communication. Rohini has an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pune University, a B.A. in Sociology from Mumbai University and a diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Mumbai.

Awanti Bele

Awanti Bele
Director – Global Network

Awanti has more than 7 years of extensive experience in Project Management and Strategy consulting in the field of NGO, Anti-corruption and the corporate sector. She strongly believes that technology can herald social change. She has a background in technology having worked for TCS and Motorola in India and the UK. Her latest role was in managing the anti corruption initiative ipaidabribe.com, one of the fastest growing repositories of crowdsourced corruption stories. Awanti holds a BTech from NIT, Allahabad and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK.

Ajay Shankar

Ajay Shankar
Technology Manager

After spending more than 11 years in Infosys Technologies and receiving an award from NR Narayan Murthy for his projects, Ajay brings to ennovent the right blend of technology and people management. As Program Manager, Ajay worked extensively on projects for Fortune 500 companies in USA, Canada UK, Japan and Malaysia. He managed the design and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software for Oracle, Microsoft and i2 technologies. He received CMM 5 certifications for all his projects. After joining Aditya Birla Retail, Ajay worked as Senior Manager in ERP implementation, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. Ajay is also certified in Oracle, Microsoft and i2 technologies. A Mining Engineer from the prestigious IT Banaras Hindu University, Ajay is a merit scholarship holder for excellent academic performance.

Archana Verma

Archana Verma
Community Manager

Archana brings with her 4 years of work experience in the environment and sustainable development sector in India. In her previous assignment, she worked on the International Climate Challenge (ICC) project for the Center for Development Education (CDE). Prior to this, she has worked with CleanStar Energy on Rockefeller Foundation′s SPEED project, which worked towards developing decentralized renewable energy solutions for the world′s energy poor. Archana started her career with New Ventures India, a business accelerator which connects cleantech companies with investors and markets. She has also volunteered with non-profits like CleanStar Trust as its India co-ordinator and Indian Youth Climate Network (IYCN) for its Climate Solutions Road Tour in 2009. Her expertise lies in corporate communication, marketing, brand building and business development. Archana has a Bachelor′s degree in management from the Queen Margaret University, UK.
