Bosch structured a research partnership with Ennovent to map the dairy sector in India, and evaluate the demand for solutions to adulterants and contaminants.
Ennovent undertook a market landscape study to understand the sector, as well an opportunity assessment to establish the potential for business innovations that address adulterants and contaminants in the quality of milk. Primary and secondary research was employed to identify quality check parameters, existing solutions, and the challenges and opportunity.
Through this research, Bosch was able to identify and validate specific business opportunities along the dairy value chain where technological intervention made good business sense.
